Mixed media paper is designed to allow a variety of media to be applied. For example drawing with a pencil or pen and applying paint i.e. both or either wet or dry media.
The paper will handle the application of pencil, charcoal or markers. The paint may be watercolour, gouache or acrylics. All of these media can be applied or mixed onto the paper surface together.
The paper has a slight ‘tooth’ or a little rough. But overall it in neither rough or smooth making it ideal for various media to adhere to.
